Phil Soltau has been serving the needs of musicians, teachers and their pupils for over a decade now.
Arts centres, top jazz venues, young musician of the year competitions, BBC musical events, music schools,
from as far afield as Stornoway and the Hebridean islands to London and the southern counties have all benefitted
from our experienced advice and guidance in choosing the right instrument for their needs and having them expertly
serviced and tuned.
OPENING TIMES are MONDAY to SATURDAY 10am - 4pm. Other times and Sundays by appointment. It would be useful if you could call us first.
This is to ensure that not only will someone be there to see you but also that you get the best service free from interruptions when you visit, even if you just want to browse
and are not looking to purchase just now. Please phone or email with any inquiry to ensure our present stock might

SALON
This is a view of one of the Queensferry showrooms (there are 2) which is home to a hand picked personal selection of
upright and grand pianos (used, refurbished, nearly new and new). Recently formed links to a well established major outlet for top of the range instruments
nearby in Edinburgh City means that we can make sure you find 'your piano'. The perfect instrument whatever your budget and requirements, whether you are a budding beginner or a
vigorous virtuoso!
We are also authorised dealers for the excellent Kawai digital
pianos which are as close to the real thing as you can get (but with additional
features not available in the acoustic pianos) and also stock a selection of secondhand
and new piano stools.
A personal selection of the leading brands of new pianos (uprights and grands),some exclusive
to ourselves in Scotland, are now available between the Queensferry and Edinburgh showrooms. Please call first with your
enquiry so that you can be directed to the appropriate showroom.
